Our audience-first approach ensures your voice is heard with authority by all your audiences, across all channels, building trust and long-term impact.

We design and navigate campaigns based on cultural insights, ensuring your message is understood by everyone, not just heard by all.

The Fluency Framework

AC Communication makes communication fluent in three languages: the business, the audience, and the moment.

Years of experience in strategic communication, across corporate and government sectors, have revealed a pattern: project succeed when strategies are based on clarity of goals and a genuine understanding of both the audience and the context. When steps are rushed or skipped, the likelihood of failure increases.

Experience can buy speed. But when credibility is at stake, only active listening can build trust.

This understanding led to the development of the Fluency Framework

What is the Fluency Framework

Communication starts with curiosity, not messages, with listening and validating research and not gut feeling.  The Fluency Framework rests on three fluencies: strategic, cultural and change.

Strategic Fluency is the language of the business: the objectives, the evidence, the outcomes. It earns the room.

Cultural Fluency is the language of the audience: their values, their identity, the context they operate in. It earns attention.

Change Fluency is the language of the moment: readiness, emotion, timing and history. It earns trust.

How does the Fluency Framework work

The process runs in three phases.

First, we listen and diagnose.

Then we translate, co-create and deliver, so what lands has been shaped together with the audience, not just for them.

The last step is to embed it, so the change sticks.

Strategic communication for all audiences, not just most of them. That's what the Fluency Framework is built to deliver.
